This allows us to ensure we've sent the prescription to the right place and are referring to the correct medication

Your primary care provider 

Doctor In Consultation
Your primary care provider remains your point of first contact when your condition is changing outside of emergencies.
Your respirologist can help you with side effects from medications they prescribe. If you require a respirologist emergently, it is recommended to go to your nearest hospital and have them reviewed with the KGH respirologist on call.
